Graduating from high school in a small farming community in British Columbia, Harvey Conner found himself working three (3) laborious jobs to fund his passion at the time — auto racing. He was open and ready to learn about other income opportunities and Network Marketing appeared the perfect fit. The following is a career path stretching more than 38 years in the industry, where he has served in virtually every capacity of the Network Marketing business model. With no formal education beyond public school, but with persistance and determination Harvey initiated and continued a process of unending self-education on the skills and discipline of leadership, entrepreneurship and harnessing human potential. His passion for empowering others through success education and highly duplicable business building methods contributed to the rapid success of his personal organizations and became the underlying driving force behind the solid growth of those companies for whom he has consulted with over the years.

Harvey was first introduced to Multi-Level Marketing (hereinafter referred to as Network Marketing) in 1967 when he joined a California-based MLM company marketing cosmetic products in Vancouver. He quickly became one of the company´s youngest and most successful distributors. A $5,000+ monthly income, hot new car, penthouse apartment, hand-tailored suits, travel and personal freedom forever changed his outlook on life. No more trading time for money! And never looking back.
In 1971, at age 24, Harvey and a close friend moved to Australia and launched their own Network Marketing company. The company attracted hundreds, then thousands of individuals, following the high energy leadership of the youthful management team. The company was eventually sold to its General Manager who morphed the original business model over the next 20+ years.
Later in 1985, Harvey joined Light Force, Inc.® a California-based nutritional company as Distributor. Within weeks he personally recruited 30 Distributors, expanded his downline by several hundred Distributors and marketed more than $20,000 in products. He was awarded Rookie of The Year and hired as a Consultant to teach the distributor network how to generate similar results. Within 90 days, he was appointed Vice President. Five (5) months after enrolling as a Distributor, the company´s Founder/President resigned and appointed Harvey as President. During his years as President, Harvey re-engineered the Light Force corporate image (logo, product packaging, marketing tools, etc.) and significantly increased company-wide recruiting activity and sales volume with the introduction of a simple 10 Steps To Success training program for the field. Sponsoring and training was supported company-wide through a core group of leaders (President´s Club) developed by Harvey. The company was eventually sold to Royal BodyCare®, Dallas, Texas.
In 1988, Harvey was retained by FundAmerica, Inc.® as a Corporate Consultant to develop the company´s various sales and marketing tools, scripted slide and video presentations and provide leadership to the field. As an Independent Representative he quickly built FundAmerica´s largest, most successful organization, with 80%+ of the company´s 276 Presidential Directors (field leaders) in his personal downline. Harvey´s monthly income soared to 6 Figures.
Harvey authored FundAmerica´s QuickStart Training program and its two-day Director Training Workshop, still heralded today as one of the finest training programs ever conceived. To meet the increasing demand for workshops, Harvey selected and trained thirteen (13) qualified Presidential Directors as Certified Instructors to facilitate the weekend courses. These workshops established the professional FundAmerica corporate culture which served to attract more white-collar professionals to Network Marketing than any other company, prior to, or since FundAmerica.
A legendary company to this day, Harvey helped FundAmerica grow from $100,000 monthly sales to more than a $1,000,000 per day in less than 3 years while operating only in 8 states and before there was an Internet.
In 1992, Harvey was retained as Vice President to assist in the launch of a new Canadian company, marketing automotive engine treatments and oil additives. Harvey developed all corporate presentation materials, business kit including Policies and Procedures, brochures, video presentation and meeting scripts. In addition to recruiting the core group of leaders he was responsible for implementing a new compensation plan, the company´s two-day training workshop and certifying trainers to facilitate his fully documented seminar. The company went on to generate US$50+ Million in sales within its first two years.
Between 1995 through 2001 Harvey launched and managed a Mexico City based Network Marketing company distributing engine oil and fuel additives. Harvey spearheaded the local company as President/CEO against formidable challenges, ie; living in a foreign country without speaking the language, introducing a high-end product in a price-sensitive market and without any leads or personal contacts from which to begin. Undaunted, utilizing his time-tested business building techniques, Harvey successfully recruited and trained a distributor organization of more than 10,000 throughout Latin America resulting in millions of dollars in sales. Harvey´s Mexican organization was featured twice in Entrepreneur® Magazine´s annual ´International Edition´.
Harvey is continually sought by, both established as well as startup, Network Marketing companies as an Advisor / Consultant to assist in the opening of international markets and/or to develop marketing tools, websites, online tools and distributor training programs.
